Title Production of a video clip about the refurbishment of the temporary detention isolator of the General Police Commissariat of Chisinau 
Description To increase visibility and impact of the refurbishment (to prompt refurbishment of other similar facilities on the basis of funds from various sources, including the state budget) it has been decided to produce and broadcast a video spot about detention conditions before and after the refurbishment of the temporary detention isolator of the General Police Commissariat of Chisinau.
