Title Publication on mediation entitiled ''Court-bounded and Commercial Mediation– a Pilot Project in Ukraine: a story of success''  
Description The current publication is based on the experience obtained in the process of mediation implementation in four pilot courts of Ukraine. The publication presents a profound explanation of the concept of mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution, and in particular court-bounded mediation; description and results of the pilot project on mediation; highlights which conflicts are suited to mediation and what are the criteria to make a proper, informed decision in choosing the right instrument to solve a conflict: litigation, mediation or arbitration.
