Project Purpose 1 - 2006/DG3/JP/1655   Establish a climate of transparency and trust of the population in the census results and ensure the international standards of the census
Expected Result 1.1 - Increased confidence in the census leads to a higher participation in the census and a credible final data The census is organised according to the international standards and in respect of ethnic minorities An appropriate mechanism is put in place to allow for a proper handling of data, avoiding misusage and with respect of its confidentiality

Objective(s) Assessmen the readyness of the Statistical Office to conduct the field operation of the census 
Output/Results The stage of preparedness has been thoroughly assessed and recommendations for correction where necessary have been issued.
