Title Publication ''Assessment Report on ongoing training needs of judges in Ukraine'', prepared by the CoE International consultant Ms Cristine Cojucary
Description This report was prepared on basis of a questionnaire-based survey conducted among 1236 judges from all levels of jurisdiction and specialization. It analyses the current legal framework governing ongoing training of judges, their attitude to ongoing training, the evolution of institutions responsible for the organisation of ongoing training, the ongoing training conducted at the National School of Judges of Ukraine (former Academy of Judges of Ukraine), topics taught in 2010 at ongoing training courses as well as topics requested by judges to be covered in the future.
The report will be published and disseminated among the stakeholders of the TEJSU project mainly the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the National School of Judges of Ukraine and its regional departments.
