Expected Result 2.1 - Relevant actors, including judges, prosecutors, lawyers, police and penitentiary officials, legal staff of Ombudsman institutions, OPCAT bodies and NGOs, decision-makers of executive and legislative institutions, have access to European and international standards for preventing and combating ill-treatment and are able to fulfil their responsibilities in accordance with these standards.

Objective(s) To ensure that prisoners and pre-trial detainees in Georgian prisons have possibility to complain against the administration or on lingering issues without those envelopes being opened by the administration 
Output/Results 40000 copies od special envelopes were printed and distributed in prisons 
Conclusions/Follow Up it's needed to monitor whether those envelopes are properly placed in prisons
