Title Human Rights trainings/Targeted Human Rights Training seminar (Activity 5) 
Description These seminars will allow the MHMR senior representatives to familiarize themselves comprehensively with human rights concepts and international instruments in these 4 focus areas. In addition, this activity will allow for development of the general practical policy guidelines for MHMR in these 4 areas, which will draw from extensive relevant CoE track record, and complement existing strategic documents of MHMR.
