Title Preparation of Training Programmes and Materials 
Description A working groups consisting of national and international consultants will develop training programmes and materials fro judges, prosecutors and lawyers in Turkey on individual application, fundemental rights and freedoms and adult training.

The working groups will adopt the Council of Europe's Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) methodlogy and HELP experts will contribute to the training programmes and materials.
