Title Opinion on electoral legislation and/or political parties of Ukraine 
Description A joint legal opinion of the Venice Commission and the OSCE/ODIHR is formulated in order to improve the electoral legal framework. This contains recommendations for improving the electoral legislation and legislation on political parties as well as practice.
For the purpose of preparing the opinion, an expert visit is conducted in the country to identify shortcomings in the electoral legislation and practice as well as in legislation concerning political parties.
