Title Activity 7: Study visit to the CoE, including the European Court of Human Rights 
Description One 2-day study visit to the CoE, including the ECtHR and other monitoring bodies, such as the Secretariats of ECRI, FCNM, the Human Rights Commissioner, etc. will be organised for staff members of the benefiary institutions, to allow them to better understand European human rights standards and their impact. Meetings will be organised with the CoE organisational units dealing with anti-discrimination, Roma, minorities, LGBT and people with disabilities

Objective(s) To enhance the knowledge of representatives of Montenegrin institutions with the human rights protection mandate on the standards in the area of anti-discrimination and the work of CoE monitoring bodies and thematic human rights work 
Output/Results Staff of the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights and the Ombudsperson's Office of Montenegro familiarised with the work of CoE monitoring bodies (ECRI, CPT, etc.) as well as Human Rights Commissioner and ECtHR as well as on the practical application of CoE anti-discrimination 
Conclusions/Follow Up Emphasised necessity of continuous education of staff of maintaining the close cooperation among the project teams in different countries and remaining attentive to the work of CoE monitoring bodies, for the purpose of streamlining their recommendations in the project activities
