Description The activity will support the WG to assess the shortcomings in the cooperation between WG member insitutions, thorugh:
- Analysing the environment in which the Inter-Institutional working group is operating;
- Defining the strategic areas/directions, objectives, outcomes and the resources required to implement in the cooperation plan/strategy;

The assessment was conducted in the period of September-December 2016. Based on the recommendations previously provided by the international and national consultant of the project, in December 2016, the project intends to support further the Inter-Institutional Working Group member’ institutions, so they can strengthen their cooperation during the implementation of the Anti-Discrimination actions, as foreseen in one of the national cross-sector strategies, for groups at risk of being subject to discrimination in Albania.

- Facilitation of the WG meetings
- Coordination and monitoring of the WG activity
- Facilitating data and information sharing among the WG member institutions, as regards the implementation of Anti-Discrimination actions
- Identifying the challenges faced in implementation by each of the WG member institutions and suggesting the ways to move forward and improve the coordination/cooperation among them.
