Title Activity 2.4: Cascade trainings 
Description A total of 3.000 Turkish judges and prosecutors will be trained by means of average 60 trainings on ethics and the Turkish Code of Judicial Ethics in line with the training programme/curricula developed above. Approximately 1.800 trainees will attend in training sessions from out of host city. Each training session will last for 2 days and approximately 50 judges and prosecutors will take part. Most of the training sessions will be organised in cities with large numbers of judges and prosecutors. Each training session will be carried out by a group of 3 trainers from the pool of 100 having received the initial trainers’ training. The project team will focus on quality of training through continuous evaluation of the training sessions and organisation of the classes in smaller groups.
Training sessions could be organised simultaneously in the same or different venues in the same or different regions/cities.
