Expected Result 5.2 - 1.The authorities of Ukraine have sufficient expertise to conduct the police reform in line with European standards; 2.The law enforcement reforms incorporate measures for implementing the policy of zero tolerance towards ill-treatment; 3.Institutional capacities to prevent and effectively investigate ill-treatment allegations in conformity with the ECHR standards are strengthened.
