Title Working visit of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan to Strasbourg 
Description The consultations between the Commissioner for Human Rights and the Council of Europe Secretariat were organise with the aim of fostering the co-operation with the CoE within the framework of the Neighbouring Cooperation Priorities for 2016-2017 and the EU-CoE Joint Programme. It was specifically focused on discussing the priorities for the reform of the Ombudsperson's institution and bringing it in line with European and other European standards.
