Title In-country assessment visist re revision of the existing OBPs, rehabilitation and reintegration activities and risk assessment tools proposing their improvement, Serbia 22-24 May 2017 
Description Two consultants selected through call-off procedure (HFSRB Lot 4A-CO1) will come to a 3-day assessment visit to Serbia, visiting 5 facilities and Training Centre in Nis. They will also meet with representatives of the Serbian NPM, OSCE and civil sector. The EUD will join the on-site visits. Consultants will prepare report with recommendations.
