Title Preparation of two publications - one dedicated to the issues of police ill-treatment based on the NPM reports and Ombudsperson Office recommendations issued from 2007-2016 another to the issues of prison population human rights safeguards 
Description A national consultant selected through direct contracting and following 2nd SC approval was contracted to prepare two publications based on the NPM reports and Ombudsperson Office recommendations issued from 2007-2016, with introductory part not exceeding 10 pages related to the Council of Europe standards in the field. One publication is related to the issues of police ill-treatment another to the issues of prison population human rights safeguards. Both publications will be prepared in Serbian. Finalised publications will be presented to the beneficiary authorities.
