Title Revision of the existing normative framework (lack of) and practice re rights of persons with mental disabilities in social care institutions, November - December 2017, Belgrade 
Description A consultant selected through direct contracting due to unsuccessful call-off procedure (HFSRB Lot 2C-CO4) will provide an in-depth assessment of the existing rules, regulations and practice related to human rights of people with mental disabilities in social care institutions based on the on-site visit, link the findings with comparative overview of the best practices in the CoE MSs and provide a clear set of recommendations for the improvement and action.
