Title Round table ''Harmonization of court practice and alignment with the ECtHR case-law''  
Description Under the auspices of the FILL Action, a series of three round tables will be organised with the aim of enhancing the judicial dialogue and improving harmonization of the court practice in Montenegro. The first round table will take place on 2-3 October 2017 and will bring together presidents of courts in Montenegro, judges of the Supreme Court, members of two departments for harmonization of court practice and alignment with the ECtHR case-law, National Agent before ECtHR, representatives of the ECtHR and Council of Europe, and international experts. The aim of the meeting is to analyse the current state of legal practice in Montenegro and challenges in court practice harmonisation. It is expected to result in concrete recommendations on how to improve the mechanisms for harmonisation of court practice in line with ECtHR case-law.
