Title Participation in the Annual conference of the Alliance of Independent Press Councils of Europe (AIPCE) 
Description In the course of the conference the agreement about creating the Regional Association of Press Complaints Commissions was signed by the relevant parties from the Russian Federation, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Ukrainian signatory being the Journalism Ethics Committee of Ukraine.
Best practices as regards independent funding mechanisms of the Press Complaints' commissions were also shared by the participant organizations in the conference.
