Objective(s) |
To discuss the new draft law on the Public Prosecutors Office and problems of implementation of the international human rights instruments in Bolivia.
To help the drafters to integrate additional instruments of protection of individual rights in the future law. |
Output/Results |
The seminar facilitated the discussion of the provisions of the draft law between its drafters and representatives of the prosecution and the judiciary. |
Conclusions/Follow Up |
Publication of the materials of the event that would help the authorities both to finalise the draft law on prosecution and to train prosecutors and judges on provincial and local level. |
