Title Impact assessment 
Description The Project is providing support to the Ukrainian authorities within several components with a special focus made on police reform and Ombudsperson’s Office operational capacities in realisation of human rights protection mechanism. To measure the efficiency of the Project implementation, whether the objectives set are properly attributed to the outcomes expected and how the Project activities contribute to any changes in the work of those to whom they were addressed or general situation in the field of human rights, the impact assessment analysis and relevant report will be done/prepared by Ms Camille Massey.
