Title Targeted Expert’s mission (Activity 2) 
Description A targeted Expert’s mission will be carried out with a view to verify the preliminary findings of the needs assessment, which were formulated during the field research phase which preceded the development of the PREDIM project. Mission would re-assess the current functioning, capacities, resources and operational problems of the beneficiary institutions and their relationship with relevant societal stakeholders. As a result, a Mission report will be prepared and disseminated, together with recommendations towards a more concise Action work-plan as well as precise topics for the training courses and selection of countries/institutions for the study visits.
