Title Assessment of the existing capacities of the prison facilities (Activity 19) 
Description This activity would result with comprehensive analysis of national prison system facilities and concrete recommendations for its alignment them with the standards of the CPT and the case law of the ECtHR as well as with the UN Standard Minimum Rules for Treatment of Prisoners.
These recommendations and concise indicators for reconstruction would support the policy makers in the area of Justice in defining sustainable policy in terms of investment, financial allocation and other activities for improving spatial conditions in prison system in Montenegro.
