Title Development of rehabilitation and re-socialisation programmes for former inmates (Activity 20) 
Description This activity will address the terms of reintegration and re-socialisation of former inmates. This action would henceforth provide for the development of the comprehensive rehabilitation and re-socialisation programme. In practical terms, the Project team would ensure the engagement of the consultants with relevant professional track record and facilitate the consultation process with the relevant public sector institutions, which will ensure the consideration of concrete domestic needs and specifics and propose the clear operational guidelines for their alignment with European human rights standards.
