One 2-day study visit to a European NPM Centre in Geneva (Switzerland) for 7 staff members of the Ombudsperson’s Office will be organised to allow them to observe best practices and exchanges with their peers to discuss the modalities for cooperation with this pan European network as well as exchange most relevant experiences when it comes to engaging external experts in regular work of NPM. |
