Title Activity 2.3: Training sessions for trainers of judges and prosecutors 
Description A total of 100 trainers will be trained in 5 groups of 20. Each group will receive two 4-day training, one the substance and one the methodology, respectively. 80 of the trainers will participate in the training sessions from out of host city. National and international experts will be invited to advice on the content of this training. The methodology, i.e. the pedagogical aspects of the training will be provided by experts with proven experience in this field. The trainers will be drawn mainly from among those judges and prosecutors who have participated in the preparatory activities for drafting the judicial ethics guidelines under Activity 1. Some will also be drawn from the Inspection Service of the HCJP. Each trainer will set his/her time schedule to be available to disseminate cascaded trainings in selected cities/regions.
The training plan, including scheduling of sessions, is to be agreed with the beneficiary in advance of the actual start of the ToT sessions. After the training, each trainer will have as his/her responsibility to make required preparations and deliver the training in accordance with the given schedule.
In addition to the methodology training foreseen to be given by a professional education entity, a team of experts (at least 1 international and two national experts) will deliver ToT to the trainers.
