Title Joint action EU/CoE ''« Community-led Urban Strategies in Historic Towns (COMUS) » : Regional workshop no. 6 
Description Subject of the workshop: Scenarios on Housing Rehabilitation and Funding Possibilities in Community-Led Urban Strategies

Participants will:
• Be exposed to examples of interventions as a feature of urban heritage rehabilitation where the combination of physical deterioration and low-income occupancy combine to create a state of inertia;
• Explore the perennial question of accessing game-changing funding sources;
• Visit sites and meet home owners / community members that had similar experiences in community led development processes;
• Reflect upon the COMUS project and share the outcomes of the self-evaluation process.
