Title NPM Thematic Workshop for prison staff (Activity 21) 
Description Three 2-day thematic workshops will be organised for up to 20 prison staff members. First workshop will focus on the applicable ECHR, CPT and SPT standards and best practices, with particular attention places of deprivation of liberty. Second workshop will address the issue of treatment of marginalised groups in the prisons and strive to enhance sensitivity and professionalism of prison staff towards the marginalized groups. Third workshop would allow for introduction of the relevant ECtHR case-law concerning the equality of the marginalized groups (national minorities, LGBT, Roma, pople with disabilities) and it would involve practical case studies and interactive discussions
