The Partnership Management Board prepares decisions, co-ordinates and steers activities under the EU-CoE Youth Partnership. It meets once per semester. The Partnership Management Board invites representatives of the Council of Europe (including the chairs of the Advisory Council and European Steering Committee on Youth, CDEJ), the European Commission, the EU-CoE youth partnership secretariat and, as observer, the European Youth Forum.
