Title Analysis of the Law of Ukraine “Television and Radio Broadcasting'' 
Description On the request of the State TV and Radio Committee, the Project launched the expertise of the Law of Ukraine “On Television and Radio Broadcasting” regarding its compliance with the Audiovisual Media Services Directive of the European Union and the European Convention on Transfrontier Television. The analysis will serve as a basis for the series of expert meetings, that would be organized by the project together with the Parliamentary Committee for Freedom of Speech and Information in 2012. The expert meetings would focus on developing legislative amendments to the Broadcasting Law of Ukraine, to bring it closer in line with the European standards
