Title Analysis of the case law of the European Court of Human Rights applicable to broadcasting regulation 
During the series of meetings of the Working group at the Parliamentary Committee for Freedom of Speech and Information on drafting the new law of Ukraine “On Television and Radio Broadcasting”, national expert of the project Dmytro Kotliar presented the relevant European standards to the policy-makers (e.g. ECHR case law relevant to broadcasting), provided expert guidance in the process of developing concept of the new Ukrainian Broadcasting law and further finalization of the text of the law in line with the European standards.
