Description Expert seminar “Must-Carry Rules in Europe and Solutions for Ukraine” was held for the purpose on providing expertise to the Parliamentarians, the regulatory authority, the industry and civil society on the most conflicting provision of the future law – must-carry rule on 12 October in partnership with the Parliamentary Committee for Freedom of Speech and Information.
