Title First Study Visit to an EU Member State (Spain) 
Description Four-day study visit, consisting of 15 participants will be organised to Madrid and Barcelona in order to observe best practices of the judiciary and other relevant institutions in the field of freedom of expression and press. Participants of the study visits will be members of the WG, future trainers and judges and public prosecutors including those who are in charge of handling press related cases. The Project officer and project assistant will accompany the group.
