Title First round of placements of trainers 
Description Twelve trainers (5 involved in the pre-service training, 7 in the in-service training) to be trained on the pre-service and in-service modules will be sent to the Council of Europe (Media Division, Department for the Execution of ECtHR judgments) including the ECtHR for one to two months of internship to observe and learn from best practices on training and specific aspects of freedom of expression and the media. According to the language skills of the future trainers, some of the placements will be organised in judicial training institutions in EU member states.
The participants will submit a report on one of the sub-areas of freedom of expression following the completion of their placement period. They will also be invited to submit articles to law reviews to share their experience and raise awareness about specific issues related to freedom of expression and press among legal professionals.
