Title Development of a standardised JTC anti-discrimination curriculum through cooperation with HELP (Activity 23)  
Description With the assistance of the HELP Secretariat, under this activity standardized curricula for 2 areas will be developed: General Human Rights training and Anti-Discrimination training for judicial representatives. The first curriculum will focus on fundamental human right principles, their recent developments and relevance to the EU integration process. Additional focus will be on ECtHR as the standard setting institution and its work concerning Montenegro. The latter curriculum will focus on basic AD issues: General introduction to Article 14 ECHR; Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, colour, membership of a national minorities, nationality or national origin; Discrimination of Roma; Discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity; and Discrimination of persons with disabilities.
The developed material will serve as the core resource for standardized JTC module for judicial representatives and thus remain as the sustainable educational support for aligning the work of judiciary with core HR and AD standards
