Observe the population and housing census in Kosovo, and verify that it is conducted in a fair way with respect of international standards of censuses and statistical data handling.


Respect of the UN Fundamental Principles of Official Statistics.
Wide participation of all ethnic groups in the census.
 

UN and EU standards of population censuses.
Methodological guides, questionnaires and other census materials.
Lists of enumerators, controllers and composition of municipal census commissions.
 

Statistical Office of Kosovo is professionally independent to conduct the census operations there is no outright boycott of the census by any ethnic groups in Kosovo.
