| Overall Objectives
The project will promote pluralist discourse on democratisation and better access to fundamental rights in the South Caucasus & Ukraine. By nurturing the development of democratic institutions and free media in the South Caucasus and Ukraine in accordance with European standards, the project will encourage greater accountability of public officials, public participation in policy making, and the elaboration of policies that meet European standards. |
Noticeable progress towards a more independent and impartial coverage of events of public interest, making the public service broadcaster a more credible source of information for the public public.
Number of laws and regulations adopted or amended in accordance with Council of Europe standards.
