To support the commitment made by the Provisional Institutions of Self Government (PISG) in Kosovo to provide funding for the reconstruction work on monuments damaged in March 2004 and the sustainability of the Serbian minority population in Kosovo.

The 34 Serbian Orthodox religious sites damaged in 2004 will have been consolidated and their reconstruction supported through competitive procurement processes.
