    Overall Objectives Promote the rights of Russia’s ethnic and national minorities and better recognition of their specific integrity. Enhance the legal framework (notably to support the ratification of the ECRML) and provide assistance related to the promotion and development of the native cultures, languages, media and civil society of the national minorities.

    Organise a call for proposals to promote the best practices in minority languages, media, culture, education and civil society.
         
    Expected Result 4.1 Promote the national best practice of the local and regional authorities, education institutions and NGOs in the field of the national minorities and improve recognition of their specific integrity regarding languages, culture, education, media and civil society.
