Overall Objectives
To provide support to the reform processes in the EaP countries through a multilateral approach and to bring them closer to Council of Europe and EU standards in core areas covered by the Eastern Partnership Platform 1 “Democracy, good governance and stability”. |

Support to free and fair elections in the EaP countries |

To support electoral standards especially in pre-electoral periods.
More specifically,
to provide training to the electoral administration on specific issues;
to create a platform among national NGOs for the training of national observers;
to raise voters awareness of the electoral process and participation in it.

The number of electoral disputes decreases
Participation rates increase, especially among young voters.
