    Project Purpose 7      2015/CDL/JP/3233   Electoral assistance: reforming electoral legislation and practice - Venice Commission 140 500 
    (9 Activities) Narrative
    Align electoral legislation and its implementation with the principles of the European Electoral Heritage;
    Ensure that electoral practice is compliant with the principles of the European Electoral Heritage.
        The authorities are ready to co-operate 
    Expected Result 7.1 Legislation and practice on elections and political parties in EaP countries are more in conformity with international standards
    Legislation on elections and political parties is amended to meet international standards in 4 EaP countries
    Shortcomings in the electoral practice are identified and remedied in 4 EaP countries

    Expected Result 7.2 Electoral Management Bodies (EMB)s institutional capacities are strengthened
    Institutional and operational capacities of the Electoral administrations in 4 EaP countries are enhanced
    Co-operation between the EMBs of 5 target countries is enhanced through their contributions in the annual European Conference of Electoral Management Bodies organised by the Venice Commission
