    Project Purpose 1      2016/DG II/JP/3744   HF-Albania-Bullying and Extremism in Education 600 000 
    To enhance the protection of the rights of vulnerable groups through applying anti-discriminatory approaches in the formal education system based on the CoE standards and practices.     -Commitment and capacity of relevant education institutions to address the issue of discrimination and bullying in schools and protection of rights of minorities remain high.
    - Sufficient absorption capacities of the Beneficiary institutions.
    -Political support for fight against bullying and extremism.

     
    Expected Result 1.1
    (2 Activities) Narrative
    To support relevant institutions in creating safe school environment through fighting bullying and extremism in the education system.

    Number of measures introduced by the 21 selected schools protecting the daily lives of students.

    -Action plan for implementation of the Strategy on Pre-university education development
    -EU annual progress reports --Monitoring reports (FCNM, OSCE field reports and reports from NGOs)
    -Analysis of Beneficiary electronic and printed media
    -Project progress and monitoring reports

     
    -A continuous and smooth level of co-operation is maintained with the beneficiaries and cooperating organisations.
    - Willingness and commitment of education institutions to put into practice European treaties in the antidiscrimination and minority protection field.
    -Willingness and commitment of education institutions to address discrimination and bullying in schools and minority protection on a more systematic level.
