    Project Purpose 1      2016/DG II/JP/3744   HF-Albania-Bullying and Extremism in Education 600 000 
    To enhance the protection of the rights of vulnerable groups through applying anti-discriminatory approaches in the formal education system based on the CoE standards and practices.     -Commitment and capacity of relevant education institutions to address the issue of discrimination and bullying in schools and protection of rights of minorities remain high.
    - Sufficient absorption capacities of the Beneficiary institutions.
    -Political support for fight against bullying and extremism.

    (2 Activities) Narrative
    To raise awareness of the consequences of bullying and extremism in education system for the general public

    Number of visibility events carried out at school, community and national level.

    -Monitoring reports (FCNM, OSCE field reports and reports from NGOs)
    -Beneficiary, EC, EUD web-sites
    -Beneficiary electronic and printed media
    -Project progress and monitoring reports
    -Events proceedings and reports
    -Beneficiary reports and surveys
    -Reports of the Steering Committee
    Willingness and commitment of education institutions to put into practice European treaties in the antidiscrimination and minority protection field.
