    Improved capacity of the Ombudsperson’s Office to process anti-discrimination cases and carry out NPM functions

    • Attitudinal change of the general public and institutional staff with regard to all aspects of discrimination improved for at least 20% within targeted groups;
    • At least 80% of the Ombudsperson’s Office staff improved their knowledge and skills on the NPM and Anti-discrimination standards
    • Number of organised trainings and study visits/participants;
    • 20% increase in processing of discrimination cases,
    • • 30% increase of NPM visits to places of deprivation of liberty;
    • Number of NPM Panel of experts trained and cooperation protocols with NPM staff developed;
    • ICT case-management software in place
