    Improved social and institutional responsiveness towards promotion, protection and enforcement of human rights and equal opportunities, specifically focusing on implementation of the anti-discrimination policies Established efficient and effective multi-sectorial support to victims of discrimination

    Strategic frameworks regarding anti-discrimination, implemented with at least 30% of fulfilled objectives;

    Improved capacity of the Ministry of Justice to further align the prison system of Montenegro with international human rights standards

    • Analysis with recommendation for standardisation of prison facilities prepared;
    • Unified standard for all units of the prison developed;
    • At least 80% of the Prison system staff improved their knowledge and skills on the functioning of the NPM and related standards;
    • Developed programme for re-socialisation of former inmates
