    Project Purpose 1      2016/DG II/JP/3733   HF-Kosovo*-Corruption in Education 350 000 
    To strengthen integrity and combat corruption in the higher education system through applying preventive mechanisms based on CoE standards and practices.     -Commitment and capacity of relevant education institutions to address the issue of corruption in higher education.
    - Sufficient absorption capacities of the Beneficiary institutions.
    -Political support for fight against corruption in education.
     
    Expected Result 1.1 To support relevant higher education institutions in developing ethical standards, combat corruption and promote best practices of quality and integrity in education.
    1. Mechanisms to prevent corruption and to strengthen ethics and integrity are further developed and translated into practical and concrete action in the higher education institutions in Kosovo*;
    2. Knowledge-sharing network established between relevant ministerial and university practitioners and
    the CoE Pan-European platform on Ethics, Transparency and Integrity in Education (ETINED)

    A continuous and smooth level of co-operation is maintained with the beneficiaries and cooperating organisations.
    Willingness and commitment of education institutions to put into practice European good practices of quality and integrity in education.
    Willingness and commitment of education institutions to address corruption in higher education on a more systematic level.
    Expected Result 1.2 To raise awareness and improve knowledge of the main education actors on ethical standards and how to address corruption.
    The main stakeholders (educational professionals, students and civil society) are aware of the main risks and they support policy actions and appropriate contingency plans

    Commitment, capacities and availability of academic staff members is sufficient.
    Project Purpose 2      2016/DG II/JP/3734   HF-Montenegro-Corruption in Education 350 000 
    To strengthen integrity and combat corruption in the higher education system through applying preventive mechanisms based on CoE standards and practices.     -Commitment and capacity of relevant education institutions to address the issue of corruption in higher education.
