14.00 - 16.00 – Lecture by Mr. Ali Abbasov, Minister of Communications and Information Technology. (tbc) Tentative topic: “Aspiration of Azerbaijan to transform IT sector into the largest non-oil segment of economy” Questions and Answers.

16.00 – 17.00 – Coffee, informal discussions.

17.00 – Bus with participants departs from the Park Inn hotel and arrives to the “Palma” hotel in Xachmaz before 20.00

20.00 – Informal dinner.
